Today we had a good crowd and good fun. Okay a good crowd and then good fun AFTER the WOD! This was one that I intended to go 20 minutes but quickly realized that
a) we only had one bucket and...
b) this WOD was quickly destroying some of our fittest folks.
AMRAP in 15 min. of (As Many Rounds As Possible):
5 Squat Clean (65#/95#)
7 Push Press (65#/95#)
10 Twisting Wall Ball (14#/20#)
Kevin, Kyle and their mom from North Scottsdale CrossFit also dropped in and worked out with the No Limits gang. Kevin showed us all how it's done and his brother got a great taste of CrossFit while Mom cheered them on. Great family and we would love to have you all back any time!


Thanks guys, we had a great time! You have an awesome crew! Looking forward to seeing how far you come when we are next in town.
